If you want to acquire the tools you'll need to succeed in today's world -- communication skills -- the San José State University School of Journalism and Mass Communications may be the place for you.
Our program is the largest of its kind in Northern California, with the fullest range of courses from freshman to graduate level. We offer degrees in advertising, journalism and public relations, as well as specialized sequences in reporting/editing, photojournalism, magazine journalism, and broadcast journalism. We are also located in the heart of the Silicon Valley, the high-tech capital of the world.
The school is located in historic Dwight Bentel Hall in the center of the SJSU campus, near Tower Hall, Clark Library and the Student Union.
